Whomever managers this store needs to be replaced. I’ve asked for a protein wrap, told they don’t make those, didn’t know how. Went in today and they don’t have any pockets, unbelievable. How about stocking your store!!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

If you want your sandwich made correctly, do not order on the app - go in person so you can WATCH them make it. This is the third time I've placed an online order only to return home and find that several toppings were missing from my sub. I'm unsure if this is due to a lack of reading comprehension on the part of the employees (as the receipt clearly lists the contents of my order) or just plain inattentiveness.
