Lady on her phone touching her phone and my food, then told me that my coupons weren’t valid but they don’t expire untill August, and she couldn’t speak any English and could barely take my order, then on top of that she charged me for chips and I didn’t even get any chips, overall horrible service and I do not recommend coming to this location. I came in today, a place I have visited many times before, and was served by the manager and an employee (ID: 7928). They were assisting customers, so I politely asked for the restroom key. I was told she was busy and instructed to wait. I needed to use the restroom/wash my hands before placing an order. The restroom was locked, and she had the key on her keychain. It felt like she assumed I was only there to use the restroom. After she finished checking out another customer, that same customer asked to use the restroom and she immediately stopped everything and opened it for him—despite telling me to wait just moments earlier. I was completely ignored. What if I had urgently needed to use the restroom before ordering? I was clearly told to wait, yet another customer was accommodated right away. When I asked for the owner’s name, she refused to provide it and made excuses instead of addressing my concerns. They were speaking in spanish. Who knows what they were saying about me. Worst Subway I've ever been too. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
