I went into this Subway and to my surprise, I was greeted with a smile by a wonderful employee who really to pride in his work. Thank you Al for making me feel like a valued customer. It's great to know in one of your stories you have a winner. As I left he said thank you. And my sandwich was delicious. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Today was the second time in a week I received poor service from the manager. Today she mentioned she had no bread as I counted the loaves behind her. I requested her manager name and she stated I'm the manager with a blank stare above her glasses(scared me), I then requested her Boss or regional managers name and she declined to provide. I believe her attitude is the reason there's no bread or team members to assist her as she mentioned this is the reason for no bread. This location is by my house so I will be returning but she needs to be evaluated for better leadership and customer service training is recommended. Service: 1

Second time I come to this subway , there's always one employee who always has a attitude. No welcome to subway what can I get for you ? No you get yelled what bread ? I can't hear you ?
