Use to have a great manager at 10001 Westheimer Rd Suite 1020, Houston, TX 77042. She's left about a year ago. The current staff aren't trained well and don't speak English well! I've tried other locations and they don't accept coupons. I can't say anything positive about Subway except they've POSITIVELY gone down the drain. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
