This is my first time visiting Subway. The food was delicious, but I think there is room for improvement in the customer service attitude of the staff. I didn't understand how this chain of stores wanted attention, so there were some moments where I was a little stiff. At that time, the clerk didn't give me detailed instructions, but kept repeating the same thing in a hurry, so I had a bad impression. Even after that, I was told in quick succession, ``What about the vegetables? What about the toppings?'' and I finished my order without understanding the reason. It is clear that I was also at fault for not researching how to order at Subway in advance. However, the staff prioritized filling my order as quickly as possible rather than teaching me politely, which meant that the staff thought I was a strange customer who couldn't even order properly. It can be assumed that it was captured. Even after finishing eating and leaving the store, the staff remained completely silent. I'm not trying to put the customer first, but I would like you to understand that a store that doesn't value communication with people will not give a good impression.
