I went to this Subway tonight around 9:30 PM with my kids, and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. As soon as I walked in, the employee seemed irritated, but I brushed it off because it was late and I figured he was just tired. I ordered a kids' meal on white bread, but he made it on wheat. I had to ask him to change it. Then I ordered an Italian wrap and requested spinach instead of lettuce because the lettuce looked old and brown. I've been ordering Subway for years and have always been able to substitute spinach for lettuce. The employee told me I couldn't do that. I politely asked why not because I wanted my wrap made the way I ordered it. Instead of stopping, he continued putting lettuce on my wrap and even added the sauces. I reminded him that I had asked for spinach. He responded with an attitude and said, "So you want me to change it?" What happened next was completely unacceptable. He used a napkin with his hand to grabbed the lettuce, tomatoes, and sauce off my wrap, as if that was an acceptable solution, and expected me to eat it. At that point, I told my kids, "Let's just go. I'm no longer going to eat here." As we were walking out, the employee said, "Yeah, just go." I understand everyone has bad days, but customers deserve to be treated with respect. This experience was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. I will not be returning to this Subway location. Service: 1

The lady here is super friendly, polite and helpful. She made the Subway experience more enjoyable and exciting. Price per person: $1–10 Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection
