I had a great experience at this Subway! Simran was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. She prepared my order with care, made sure everything was just right, and provided excellent customer service throughout. It's always nice to be served by someone who genuinely has a positive attitude and makes customers feel valued. Thank you, Simran, for the wonderful service—I’ll definitely be coming back! As an Uber Eats driver, I regularly deal with different restaurants, but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Subway Kilmore. I picked up multiple orders and was given incorrect information by staff, which led to delivery issues and affected my rating. On top of that, the attitude was rude and uncooperative instead of helpful. Mistakes can happen, but poor communication and behavior make it much harder for drivers to do their job properly. This not only impacts drivers but also customers waiting for their food. I hope management seriously looks into staff training and order accuracy.
