The sandwiches are fine. But the inside is always dirty. And they don't accept any promo codes or coupons anymore which is just plain wrong. I'll order from South Austin places that do still take nationally televised coupons. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

FRED IS AMAZING! This gentleman made me the best sub I have ever had at any subway location. His positive attitude and attention to detail was on point! I appreciate your hard work and customer service!! I look forward to visiting this location again and hopefully having another one of Fred’s subs! POOR MANAGEMENT and lack of communication within the store. Sydney is rude and likes to yell at her young employees while customers are in the store. A poor Hispanic boy was being yelled at in the office about not maintaining the store and you could hear her yelling "I'M MAD" you could hear the boy who couldn't be no more than 16/17 years old telling her he had never been trained to do the things she was saying and her response was "Well that sounds like your problem". The boy still proceeded to come out and jump in and start making sandwiches for the line that formed while she was yelling at him. Doesn't seem like that location can maintain employees. Sydney definitely needs training on Leadership and Customer Service. Service: 1
