I ordered a tuna sandwich via the mobile app while I was in the store. The staff didn’t notify me when it was ready, so I had to check the pickup area myself. I understand that I placed an online order, but they knew I was waiting inside the store. The tuna sandwich was okay, but the store needs to pay much more attention to hygiene. There were flies everywhere, which was very off-putting, and the bathroom was quite dirty. In the food industry, cleanliness is extremely important for attracting and keeping customers. The store was still closed/locked at 9:38am with the open sign turned on and the opening hours showing 9:00am. I called to ask if they would be open soon as I’d already placed an order for pickup. When the employee told me that she was alone this morning I was very understanding however she was extremely rude on the phone and hung up on me. The store opened at 9:40 and food was as expected. I made an account just to say this. I just paid $18 for one and a half sandwiches (no drink or sides) and it was so dry and cold that I fed it to my dogs.
