“I visited this Subway and had a very uncomfortable experience. The staff member serving food had soap residue on her arms. I politely asked if she could wash her arms before serving my food. She said it was fine because she was wearing gloves and responded with attitude, saying ‘you want food or no.’ This is not acceptable hygiene or customer service. Very disappointed.” Food: 1 Service: 1
