Increasingly expensive, to the point of it now being on par with having something like fish and chips or a much larger fast food option - for a sandwich for goodness sake! The quality is now lacking (flavourless meats, salads - their breads are the only saving grace). I recently ordered a sandwich with them through Uber, and I paid an extra £4 (!!) for double meat, they labelled it as double meat and I got practically half a single portion of meat in the sandwich itself (proof in the picture). It’s not the first time this has happened. It is totally unacceptable. Very sadly, it’s a brand in decline, run by staff that do not care and by owners profiteering with small portions.
