3 times I told the server, I do not want a bag and 3 times she tried to charge me for it. I’m not paying 30 pence for something I won’t even receive. It’s only 30 pence but it’s the principe, stop ripping people off. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Sometimes I come to this subway I am given an excellent service and I have given that feedback to managers in the past. Went today 18/06/2026 - 8.20am (so you are aware which staff)I asked if I could pay for an extra dip she said, we don’t do them, so pulled up the menu to show her, then her attitude changed she started to get very huffy and puffy and did not even give me a quarter of pot of sauce (that I paid extra for mind you) when questioned if that was a full dip she said it all your getting! Service: 1
