Besides The McAllen Heritage Center, visit Subway in the vicinity. Visitors don't highly appreciate sandwiches at this fast food. The staff is said to be good here. The cool service demonstrates a high level of quality at Subway. When you enter this place, you feel the nice atmosphere. But this place hasn't got a high rating from Google users.

This is one of those Subway locations where portion size is below average. Somehow, my tuna sandwich had additional taste of dirt that should not be there. It could have been from a dirty counter, dirty gloves, dirt in the air, etc. When I arrived I saw a lady cleaning things with gloves on, and I’m wondering if the same gloves were used to make my sandwich.. I was looking at the menu so I did not see it the gloves were changed or not. I reached out via the survey on the receipt and I got a repose that the tuna was made fresh daily but my concerns about the portion size or the fact that a sandwich can still taste “off” by other factors like the bread, counter, gloves, other ingredients etc .. no accountability whatsoever.
