I usually don’t write reviews for fast food, but the crew working the lunch shift today really killed it. I walked in during the 12:30 rush and the line was out the door, but they moved through it so fast without making anyone feel rushed. The guy making my sub actually took the time to spread the tuna out evenly instead of just plopping it in the middle (which is a huge pet peeve of mine). The bread was actually fresh—not that hard, crumbly stuff you sometimes get late in the day—and the veggies looked like they’d just been prepped. Even the avocado was perfect, not brown at all. The place was clean, the fountain machine wasn't sticky, and they actually remembered to put the cookies out so they were still a little soft. It’s rare to find a spot where the staff actually seems to give a damn, so I’ll definitely be coming back to this location. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I always have a good experience here. The place is clean, the staff is friendly, and the service is fast. They prepare the sandwiches exactly how you ask, and the ingredients always taste fresh. Nelson has no respect for a line or customers that don't flirt with him. I and other customers were skipper several times while waiting over an hour just for a sandwich. Some people who were waiting for pizza couldn't get pizza because the people that skipped bought it all. To top it off, in the middle of making my sandwich, Nelson put me on pause and started taking care of multiple women even giving them free things. Worst subway experience ever. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
