Terrible Customer service. Lady working there on 11/10 at 3:30pm, needs training. Doesn’t speak when customers enter the building, “are you ready yet” was all she said the whole encounter, she acted like scanning my QR code was so much trouble! If this store wasn’t in such a “highly needed” area, customer service would ruin this business’s Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I don’t know if I came on the wrong day or to the wrong location but I can’t understand why this small restaurant was so filthy. The worker was on FaceTime while making sandwiches & had an attitude. My son’s sandwich was so poorly made. He couldn’t enjoy it. I love subway but come on now. Find some workers that are excited about working and can maintain the restaurant. I know it’s an old building but that doesn’t mean it should be neglected. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered through Uber eats. Didn't ask for mayo and they put it on both sandwiches. Im allergic to mayo. I can't figure out why they would just add mayo to someone sandwich. Read and pay attention when ringing up people's order. Don't just add toppings that was not requested! Tried calling the Store a few times but no answer. Please do better !
