Disappointed in the subway app. Was not able to get it to open right away. I was not able to change my payment method. The app will not allow me to update to a new payment card. I'm a little disappointed that I have to use a Subway app to get a deal. I would like to be able to have the same deal if I ordered at the store. Unfortunately this time I left without making a purchase. Very frustrated. I do not blame this local Subway, this will be a franchise issue. Atmosphere: 5

Workers make food than touch equipment with the same gloves and then continue to make food. I'm pretty sure safety regulation state you're supposed to change your gloves every time you touch a surface before you touch cooked food. I would not recommend eating here if you don't want to get sick due to lack of improper food safety handling. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
