If I could give them a 0, I would. The Indian guy working there is EXTREMELY disrespectful. We bought 2 foot-long subs and drinks from the restaurant and one of the kids, who doesn’t eat anything from subway due to dietary restrictions, we just bought him nuggets from Popeyes hoping that we could sit here as a family and have a meal. The person working was SO Disrespectful he did not let us sit down there, even when the ENTIRE RESTAURANT was completely empty and WE ORDERED something as well. Not only that, we placed an online order and told him about it, he said he didn’t even get it. We showed him the order and he said we didn’t place the order. He eventually made the subs and he made them wrong, forgot to add tomatoes to one them, burnt the bread as well. He was the worst customer service employee I’ve ever come across at Subway in general. It takes a decent human to allow us to sit there when we are still giving you the most business and have a child who doesn’t eat anything here. Absolutely the worst experience ever, I’d suggest everyone to keep in mind that not only is the subs not properly made, the guy working there was extremely disrespectful from begging to end. Worst subway ever. I wish I could give 0 stars and I hope I don’t have to relive the horror we faced again. Asked for BMT without ham . Doing it for years with always providing a few extra pieces of salami to substitute the ham and all of a sudden staff now not willing to alter the sub. Not good customer service. Won't ever return. Your loss not mine many others willing to take my money. Wasn't asking for steak or chicken substitute. Wow11 Service: 1
