I used the order online option as I work and only have 15 min to pick up my order. I get to the Subway in Mobridge SD and they stated they did not have my online order. So I had to leave to go back to work. I sent my daughter there since I am at work and she had to show them the screenshot of my order and they then asked her for a screenshot showing I paid. So they finally made my sub and then proceeded to laugh as the order receipt was right in front of them on the counter. This all took 40 min to figure out. I was really excited for Subway to open back up but they need to do better. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
