I placed an online mobile order via Apple pay earlier today when I was outside of my nephews little league baseball game. I didn’t know if my order went through or not since there wasn’t any nearby Wi-Fi. I didn’t know if it went through cause I didn’t get any notifications so I replaced it again just to be for sure and as soon as I got home, I got an official notification saying that I paid via Apple pay confirming the amount of $8 and some change but when I got to the store, they claimed that there wasn’t an order for me despite me having the amount and proof that I placed it. He had an attitude towards me so I left and took my business elsewhere. I even checked my bank app and it showed a purchase and return for the same amount. Never goin to give this place my hard earned money ever again. Word of advice-before shutting the customer down, give them a chance to explain and show proof before you decide to get all defensive and bent out of shape as if it’s your order. In my 25 plus year of customer service, I’ve never had took my issues out on a customer despite me having a bad day or whatever. This is how you lose customers and I will tell everyone I know about this experience. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1
