I have been coming to this subway for over 10 years. I commend it on its cleanliness and accessibility. However, over the past 3-4 months there are some new female employees working that are extremely rude. I shrugged it off the first few times because this is my favorite subway, however it has come to a breaking point. The two women working repeatedly made mean faces at me the moment I walked-in. The young boy often does not know how to use the register or correctly ring up sandwiches. Today, I had a coupon and used my app. I also had a free cookie on my subway app. I am totally fine with the fact that I cannot use both at the same time but the woman was not clarifying that. When I told her to take the please just take the cookie off, the other woman working came over and told me “not to speak to her like that.” Which confused me because all I did was ask to take the cookie off so the coupon would work. She then tried to charge me full price for my sub and claimed “she never saw my coupon.” Although it was resolved, this is third or fourth time the two women have been rude and incorrectly rang up my bill. I am really saddened by this because I have loved this subway for years and it has always had great customer service. These women make me feel extremely uncomfortable and from this point I do not want to return to this subway. I also do not plan on recommending friends, co-workers or family to this location for the time being. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
