Absolutely terrible experience with the Mount Lavinia outlet. I ordered a 6-inch Buy One Get One Free Mexican Chili Chicken Submarine and what I received was nothing like the picture — barely any fillings, completely dry and very poor quality. I tried calling many times and finally spoke to the manager, who asked me to send a photo on WhatsApp. I only had a photo of half of the submarine because I had already started eating it. After that, they refused to replace the order and took no responsibility at all, even though I spent nearly 2,000 LKR. It feels like they are cheating innocent customers and taking advantage of people who trust them. This place is unacceptable, unprofessional, and completely disappointing. I would NOT recommend the Mount Lavinia outlet to anyone. I can't tag the photo they not allow to do that

I visited this branch in Glomark, Mount Lavinia today (9/1/2026) and ordered 3 smoked chicken subs for Rs 950 each. The girl put in the smoked chicken, some lettuce, two small pieces of tomato and ketchup to each and tried to give me the buns! I was quite shocked and asked what about the other veggies I wanted and cheese? She says that this specific bun cannot be customized!! How on earth am I supposed to know that??!! It’s not mentioned anywhere in writing and I was not told before ordering and paying either! I was under the impression that all Subway buns can be customized! Had I known I was only going to get some lettuce and two measly pieces of tomato and ketchup for Rs 950, I’d have never ordered it! Very poor communication and customer service. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: Rs 2,000–3,000 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Such a great service. Manager and staff is very friendly. Food also very fresh.
