the lady that was working on sunday the 15th at around 11 saw us standing there for about 10 minutes didn’t say anything or even acknowledge we were there even through she kept looking at us. ended up leaving, we would’ve stayed and waited had she said “hi i’ll just be a minute” but i think some training on customer service would go very far. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I just ordered ubereats from Subway Muswellbrook and the chicken and cheese sub had no chicken or cheese. I called them and he said he cant do anything because he doesnt deliver and I need to go through ubereats. This order cost me $50! Ubereats can't help me because they are just delivery people it's not their fault so I just paid $25 for food I cant eat and theres nothing I can do because Im stuck at work!
