It seemed that the staff was taken up by the attached drink shop and Uber Eats, and they were not able to handle the important in-store response. I wonder if the decision was made with emphasis on sales, even though the system wouldn't be able to spare any other personnel during busy hours. Upper management should come here once at noon and see for themselves how the staff are overloaded with the matters they should be dealing with. I like Subway itself, so I gave it 4 stars.
