I'm very thankful and grateful for the server named Danielle, I was having horrible low blood sugar, and she gave me the cookie I had ordered to eat while my partner and I waited for our sandwiches to be made, and even brought the sandwiches to us as I was too weak to stand, and asked if I was okay as I was leaving. Ordered for collection through Just Eat. Staff told me they are out of stock and I should get a refund from Just Eat. However, when I applied for a refund through Just Eat, they told me that the staff lied to me and they cannot provide me a refund as it was a collection order. Complete fraudulent service from staff!
