The teenager boy working there is so rude and 25 minutes before the restaurant closes they turn off the "oven" and you can't get a warm sandwich. Why it didn't close at 9:30 instead if they want to go home earlier? The girl in the cashier was nice and polite though.

Really disappointed with how they made my sandwich. They missed half the items I request for my pickup and barely gave me any of the veggies. Also the store was half closed when I picked up the order even though they aren’t closed yet. I also tried calling the store to get this fixed and there was no way to get through. This is frustrating when you’re trying to contact someone and unable to get assistance Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1

Went to this Subway, which was down the street from where I had originally placed my online order. My online order was never fulfilled at the original store, although the app said the order was ready for pick up. I went to this Subway location to re-order my food. They fulfilled the order in full at no charge when I showed them the online orders and told them what had happened. I’ll never go back to the Subway by WINCO in Orem, although that has been the one I go to in the past. This location on North State Street is the only location in north Orem that I’ll patronize. Excellent employee service from Charlie and Arsco. Thank you Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
