We went to Subway at 7 pm. Door was locked without any notice on the door. Me and my daughter waited outside with one other customer. She came back from somewhere and opened the door and we went in. My daughter got her own money after doing some chores. She wanted to buy a cookie. We stood next to the eptpos whereas Subway girl started serving other customer who ordered 5 different types of subway. We waited and that’s okay. She served her, didn’t even acknowledged us standing there, quickly went back to serve other customer who just entered. It was so rude and broke my 10 year old heart. We went other day, girl was so rude but at least she acknowledged my daughter. Atmosphere: 5

Every time going to this store. Its slow service. Even when ordered online still waiting over a hour later. Arrived at store 30mins after ordered not one item done. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $140–160
