Asia is the assistant manager, and I was surprised by how unprofessional my interaction with her was. She came across as rude, condescending, and had an unfriendly attitude throughout our conversation. I walked into the restaurant to order a sub and waited in line to place my order. While I was waiting, I politely asked Asia if I could use the restroom. She told me that I had to order something before I could use it. I explained that I was already standing in line to place my order, but she then said that I would have to complete my purchase and pay before I would be allowed to use the restroom. As a paying customer who was already waiting to order, I found the interaction unnecessary and the way it was handled to be discourteous. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

On my receipt it says served by 1567 on 04/ 26/ 26 at 2:48: 40 am term id trans # 1/A-909183. The women who served us was rude she could do better customer service she didn't seem happy we weren't greeted it was like she was irritated. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

They didn’t let us use the bathroom at night while open. In our state that’s a health code violation. I filed with the health dept in Phoenix but they replied that there isn’t a code violation in Arizona for this. Lucky them. Either way the management employees and business owners are trash. Not letting someone wash their hands while eating at your restaurant is disgusting. I got ahold of subway corporate. They probably won’t do anything either. Can’t believe it’s legal to operate a sit down restaurant in Arizona with no bathrooms. Or that a business would let people eat without hand washing
