Visiter and was told he was doing online orders as a priority over walkin a d then said they were not able to do eat in despite place being empty. we left after 12 mins as not even been served. if online is the way forward and walking customers are not wanted say so Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Xmas menu will be out by the time you get your order, popped in today mid afternoon hardly a busy period maybe a handful of people in the store not many at all. The esit for food was 25 minutes whilst I was waiting other customers came in and they said it would a 20 minute wait after I had gotten there. My sub arrived I had ordered it to be toasted and was untoasted I can assume this was to try clear the rush or one of the two lads working completely forgot also my side of chicken nachos were cold as well usually have had a good experience at other local Subways that are far more busier Truro for example but the two lads working today were slower than moses with only one of them visibly doing anything at all. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

We come to this Subway regularly with clients from work and they love it every time. The staff always remember people and exactly how they like their subs, which makes such a difference. So friendly and always happy to help! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
