This location is the cleanest and the staff are the friendliest people EVER and they are not busy like the others on 162nd division or 122nd division..those 2 places are horrible and dirty and rude. I hope people will start going to the Eastport plaza subway. No long lines or DoorDash orders. This is the best location Ever!! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Stacy was rude and no help. Asked if I could use my coupon online to place the order and pick my veggies at the counter and was refused. Sat at table by the door to use my app and the table was sticky and covered in food residue. Overall service was rude. Go to the carls next door for kind or helpful service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
