The sandwhich I got was perfectly fine but when I walked in the manager (i think? man in a black collared shirt) was scolding one of the employees very publicly. Extremely unprofessional and inappropriate to do in-front of customers. He didn’t even bother to greet us just kept yelling at her. Poor management. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered online was not ready in 40 mins after ordering. Also the lady working was not nice and didn’t seem to care. Also the lady working just ignored everyone else that needed to cancel their orders because they did online and they were not ready. Still trying to figure out how to get my money back because she wouldn’t even cancel my order cause she wasn’t listening to me. She walked away from me when we were speaking. Never again. For the safety of your family please never come here. We ordered from doordash and the bag of chips we got was RAT bitten. If their chips are defected who KNOWS how the actual food is. Couldn't even finish our sandwiches because of how disgusted we were. Never coming to this subway again.
