I ordered two 6in subs and was going to use a coupon to get one of the subs for $3.99. While making one of my sandwiches I asked for oil and vinegar. She put Italian dressing on it and when I asked about it, she said that it looks like Italian dressing when you mix them together. I knew that was right the oil and vinegar separate when it sets. When I went to pay the employee had forgotten the sandwiches that she had just made and forgot to ring in my coupon. When I asked for a refund for the coupon she or the other employee had no idea how to do that or to make it right. She called the manager and she said they could void the sale and recharge me but at that point I had lost all confidence that that would be done correctly and I left. Two very new people should not be at the store by themselves without a manager. Definitely a training issue. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The veggie area was disgusting. Men with long hair not wearing hair nets. The gentleman were kind. Got home and my bread seemed to be days old and not fresh. Threw the nasty thing away. Almost $22 for 2 footlong subs is just way to much to be tossed in the trash. SHOULD HAVE GONE TO JERSEY MIKES!!! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
