The lady named Nahla was very nasty hygenically! When she was in the bathroom, she didn't wash her hands after touching the the toilet handle. She came back behind the food area, to use hand sanitizer and proceeded to take a rag to wipe down the counter while the other employee was making the sandwhich. She proceeded to push left over food on the white counter tops back into the food containers. The other employee told Nahla to push away and not forward. Nahla scoffed her off and was very mean in her response. I will never visit this subway again due to Nahla nasty attitude. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Subway has upped their game recently, and this shop always does a great job of filling orders. The employees are helpful and pleasant. Be careful to check for all items before leaving as once or twice a cookie or drink has bee MIA on pickup. I purchased 2 ft longs on line and added specific instructions to both. When I picked them up and got home they were made wrong. The next day I went into the store with the receipt and showed a male worker the specific instuctions I asked for he determined to tell me that he made the sandwich the way its supposed to have been made and they do not follow the specific instuctions (?). This is a problem when people have food allergies. To top it off he had an defensive demeanor in tone and attitude as if he was right. Alam Isthakher and Imad Khalil are the managers there who I can't seem to get in touch with and also who the disgruntled employee refused to acknowledge or identify at store# 40733 TW Alexander in Durham. Crazy thing is, I wasn't upset going in, but coming out, I will not support that location nor any store where the customer gets what the seller wants them to have after having paid for what the customer wanted.
