I didn’t just get a Subway tonight, I experienced culinary art in takeaway form. The pickle placement was so precise I’m convinced the Sushila (the sandwich artist) has a side hustle doing laser‑guided surgery. The sauce patterns? Michelangelo could never. And the final wrap the way she rolled that overstuffed sub with the confidence of someone who has never once lost a game of Tetris. By the time she handed it to me, I was ready to applaud.
