If I could give zero stars I would. The Hispanic lady worked here on Monday Memorial Day was so rude, mean and racist. We ordered 2 combo meals and she didn’t want to give us the 2nd drink that was supposed to be with the combo meal. We almost had to argue with her to get it. The bathroom door is locked and we asked for key to use the bathroom and she didn’t want to give key either and then finally we got the key, it was the wrong key could not open the door. We told her that and she said she didn’t know where the actual key to the bathroom. If there are such a decent human, this lady would be nothing close to it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I've been coming for over a year and one women is rude to me all the time. She glares at me, lies about having a pen to write with, and the one time I wanted to use a napkin before ordering to blow my nose, she said "Napkins are for paying customers only." Again, I've been coming here every week for over a year. When i spilled some soda once and asked for napkins to clean it up myself, she rolled her eyes and exclaimed "MORE napkins?" I'm autistic, I'm always polite to her, I say please and thank you, and I say "have a nice day" when I leave. I don't know what I ever did to her, but she won't tell me. The rest of the staff is excellent, very polite, very kind. It's just her that is rude to me. don't know why. Every time I order, I order from a gift card, and I ask if I can borrow a pen or marker to write down how much money is left on the card. One guy has come to recognize this and even has the pen ready for me before I ask. That's great, it shows he cares about his customers. This lady actually LIED to me on to seperate occasions, saying that she didn't have a marker. I don't know why. I know she was lying because I could see a marker right in front of her on both occasions. Food: 5 Service: 1
