Horrible store management. Ordered online with over an hour's notice. Got there a few minutes late, hadn't even started my order. Kid just said, "it'll be a while" and went to help the next person in line! I asked for a refund instead because I didn't want to wait another half hour or more. Kid couldn't figure out how to put my refund back on my card, so he handed me $68 back in cash. Not the kid's fault. Management should have had more people on duty, and trained proper employees. Do better, Subway management.
