They don't let customer use the bathroom. Thought food establish list had to have them by law.... Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. I came in with my daughter, we ordered food, sat down, and ate inside the restaurant. After we finished, I politely asked if my daughter could use the restroom, and I was told they don’t have a bathroom. This is unacceptable especially when customers are allowed to dine in. In California, under the California Retail Food Code, restaurants that provide on-site seating are generally required to have accessible restroom facilities for customers and employees. Refusing restroom access after allowing dine-in service is not only inconvenient, but also raises concerns about compliance with state law. Basic customer care should include something as simple as access to a restroom, especially for a child. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, and I hope management takes this seriously and fixes the issue.
