Rifaz was not professional at all. He was busy joking and laughing with his colleagues while I was waiting for him to take my request. I hope he can be reminded of the basic standards of professional customer service and how to properly deal with customers. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I am a fan of subway and love eating here however the employee who’s working at this hour didn’t wanna go through the menu with the new specials and simply replied with “nothing new. Same” he wasn’t polite either nor was professional. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
