I am writing this appeal with deep disappointment and concern. While your brand has always maintained a good reputation, the current staff deployed at this branch is severely damaging that goodwill. The staff here is extremely rude, dismissive, and highly unprofessional. They lack basic communication etiquette and show absolutely no respect toward customers. Experiencing such cheap and low-standard behavior from your representatives is completely unacceptable. Due to their toxic attitude, your market value and brand reputation are continuously declining. If this behavior goes unchecked, customers will have no choice but to stop visiting this branch altogether
