My delivery order was completely wrong. It had bacon (I haven’t eaten pork in 10+ years), jalapeños, the wrong bread, sauce, and toppings. I unknowingly ate some before realizing. I got sick from eating the pork. I reported this over a week ago and no one has contacted me. Very disappointed by both the mistake and the lack of customer service. First time in this particular Subway. Greeted as I walked in, served within 1 min of my arrival, and the customer service was OUTSTANDING! Very friendly, courteous, and patient while I was thinking of exactly what I wanted to order! Actually walked out the door and said to myself, “why can’t all Subway’s be this cheerful, friendly and courteous!” I think I just found MY NEW SUBWAY!! To the Mgmnt and staff, thank-you, it was a GREAT first visit of which I know will be many. Definitely 5* on this visit!! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
