I recently had a truly pleasant experience at the Subway in the Greater Rochester Airport. I’ll admit, about six months ago my experience was less than ideal; I ultimately left without my order due to an extended wait time. However, my most recent visit was a complete turnaround. The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff was exceptionally courteous, and the service flowed with a level of efficiency and care that did not go unnoticed. It genuinely felt like a renewed sense of professionalism and pride had been instilled ,perhaps reflective of a shift in management. I appreciate the noticeable improvement and am so glad I decided to return. This experience was both refreshing and commendable. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The staff were very welcoming. They had amazing customer service. The food was very fresh. This is a location that I’ll be returning to. I had no wait time and I was very happy with that. I was so pleasantly impressed by my overall experience. I wish that I could give a higher rating because the store is well worth ten stars across the board. If I can give a 6 rating I would do so! The store was very clean and the staff assisted me quickly and were very welcoming. I had 0 issues with my food, overall I had a great experience and will make this my permanent go to subway! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
