It was the first time I felt a certain fear and discomfort when being treated somewhere I went to buy a snack at night, the attendant who was there didn't even bother to respond to the “good evening” I said when I arrived. I have never been treated so badly, it felt like I was asking for a favor. I don't know what the context was, if this employee was somehow exploited there, if she had fought with someone before, but it was simply bizarre. I'm sad because I really liked shopping there, I live back here, I've been going to the place since it opened, I've always received good service, but this time I was scared. Worst experience I've ever had in an establishment. I was there on 11/10, at approximately 5:30 pm and received extremely poor service from the “attendant”. Initially I had to wait for her to get ready in her own time, without any rush and without a shred of politeness, with an unwillingness to talk about the options, among other things. I even asked if there was a problem with me because it wasn't normal. I was going to eat there because it was empty and quiet, but I gave up and went to eat in the car because I felt so sick. I believe that if this business is unable to provide good working conditions for its employees, review its hiring because after it closes, you will find that the point is bad... I won't be going back and I don't recommend going there to be treated like that.
