Probably the worst subway franchise in the entire of Sheffield. Staff members have 0 customer service skills. 0 organisational skills, and 0 skills in processing orders. This branch needs a long hard look from senior management. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

One of the staff is very rude . Its like when you ask for black pepers in your sandwiches they give you feeling like your asking for sonething extra for free ?? . No hi no by No communication at all and. I had to wait there couple of minute befor he even acknowledged me when I've said hi for couple of times . I understand he was doing uber eats order but could just reply by saying 2 min. Staff give you the feeling like they dont want to serve the customer or like your a burden . Rude unprofessional and feels lik3 hes forced to work . You ask for a squeeze more sause they give you dirty look . You ask for a bottle a drink they hate ti turn around and grab that drink . I understand people might have a hard day at work and might have been busy that day . But that dont mean you can serve customers like this . Food amazing fresh and tasty and there is more tables than seats . I don't know how that works . Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
