This subway will not let customers use the restroom. They 2 women behind the counter were more interested in taking to each other. This will be my last visit. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10

Around 2:30–3:00 PM, This rude employee who identified himself as Nelson completely ignored me when I walked in. I stood at the counter waiting to order my sandwich while he looked at me like I wasn’t even there. He even walked off by the register just waiting and waiting, so I gave him the same energy to see how long he would be awkward. The whole thing was awkward as hell, like he was waiting for me to speak first. Please. I asked if he was new. He said no. I asked for the manager, and he claimed there was no manager and that he was the only one working. Yet when I called the store later because the number on the website wasn’t working, an actual respectful employee told me there was a manager and that Nelson is new. So why was he lying on the job? He didn’t think I was going to complain? So I asked for his name! I confronted him about not greeting me and said, “So you just letting people walk up in here and you not saying anything?” Suddenly he acted like he had no idea what I was talking about before saying, “my bad bro.” So now you remember?? I’m NOT your bro. Then he had the nerve to say “have a good day” after I calmly called him out. Oh, so you do know how to acknowledge a customer? You just couldn’t do it when I walked in? He must’ve thought I wasn’t gonna confront him. That was rude, selective, dismissive, and fake. He avoided accountability instead of simply owning what he did. A valuable employee should be reliable, respectful, and most importantly, honest. Nelson needs to be evaluated because he seems disrespectful, dishonest, and unwilling to take accountability. Everyone else is respectful, and I always come here. Nelson gave me some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced at this location. I didn’t even know this place had bad reviews, most of the employees I’ve encountered is respectful. Don’t want to see him again ! get him out or make him act right … It’s stupid to act like that at your own job, as if your own actions can’t make yourself lose it. You’re making sandwiches for hours but can’t greet me? I see why—you truly hate the shit you do. That’s just a hell of a bird brain dude anyways …

Been a customer for a while, but after today, that’s changed. I stopped in and needed to use the restroom, only to be told that apparently you have to be an employee to use it now. You just lost 3 customers for life over something so unnecessary. keep an eye on the veggies they look rotten in half of the time! The girl that works dayshift has a weird attitude. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
