I ordered a shawarma chicken rice bowl to dine in, and when I got the food , the rice was not properly cooked. It was so hard to bite and the rice felt like it was frozen. Complained it to the crew and they microwaved it for me. But it was still not good. I ate the chicken and the veggies and threw the rest in the garbage. The staff where friendly and they wanted to help me, but I didn't had the time to wait there till they make me another bowl, so I left. I wish they cook the rice well next time. Ordered a chicken teriyaki foot long and a ham wrap. Drive to northumberland school. The footlong had no meat on it and the wrap was chicken. Drove all the way back with the footLong they made me a new one but didn’t have the wrap with me so they couldn’t do anything. She asked me to go get it and bring it back. So that would be three trips to subway to get my order right. Gas isn’t cheap. Not a happy customer.
