The large sweaty white guy cancelled mine and my 5 year old daughter’s order leaving us with not enough money to eat for the night. How we he feel if he didn’t get to eat? If you don’t want to work get out of the position

Thank you for your feedback however, none of our employees canceled any orders. The system automatically cancelled them because they failed to go through due to Internet issues. we are working with our Internet provider to repair this issue as quickly as possible

Incompetent staff. Lady making my sandwich stopped in the middle of making it, to attend a customer that had just walked in and had gone to the register. Then proceeds to tell them they couldn't buy a bag of chips and tea because the bills were too large, then proceeds to call in a coworker to come help and proceeds to do nothing herself. Worse subway I've been too, and I almost walked out. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
