The trainee staff seemed to have no idea what was going on. I completely understand that everyone has to learn, and I have no issue with new employees. However, I would expect someone who has been hired to be able to answer a simple question or at least seek help right away. Instead, I was left standing there while they stared at me with a blank expression until a senior staff member eventually stepped in. Unfortunately, this is now the third time I've had this experience at this location. The franchise owner should ensure that new hires receive proper training and are prepared to provide basic customer service before working independently. Better hiring and training would go a long way toward improving the customer experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
