well, no wonder why the reviews are so negative because today I visited the subway the lady who was in the front is extremely rude. On Saturday June 20, I ordered 6 inch Italian herb and cheese with veggie patty at 5:55pm. There was this girl taking order, she didn’t listened carefully and started making footlong and confirmed that agin by saying I only need 6 inch sandwich and she replied will cut at the end and it was grilled there was a guy who was dressing all the sandwiches, I said to him that can you please double check with her I only asked for 6 inch sandwich and then she came saying didn’t you needed 2 of the 6 inch sandwiches, like why would I ask for 2 of the 6 inch sandwiches I should have asked for footlong. And then she whispered in Punjabi that she wasted it, what you mean just say it directly. I don’t know what she was thinking, this is not the customer service and way of talking to people, you are not the owner of that place. I am not going there again even though I was their regular guest. What a bad service. 0/10. And the sandwich was not good as well.
