My mom went into this Subway on 6/16 around 6 PM to order dinner for our family. Instead of receiving basic customer service, she was met with an incredibly rude and disrespectful employee. Throughout the order he acted annoyed sighed loudly and made it very clear that he did not want to be helping her or even do his job. The situation became even more uncomfortable when she politely requested an additional accommodation on one sandwich and he snapped at her saying, "Are you serious? Are you playing a game right now?" in an extremely rude tone, I could not believe the audacity to react that way. My mom remained polite the entire time, but she left feeling extremely uncomfortable & disappointed by how she was treated. There is absolutely no excuse for speaking to customers this way. Customer service should include basic respect and unfortunately that was completely lacking during this visit. I’ve also had many friends and other family members from the area mention they’ve had unpleasant experiences with the same worker who seems to not want his job based on his behavior and lack of respect for people. DO BETTER! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went in there around 6ish and the male team member that was there on 6/16/26 was really rude and ugly. He was upset because I ordered more than one sandwich. I called the manager on duty on 6/18/26 to complain about him but no luck with her answering the phone at the location. I will never go back again if he’s still working there. He made feel really uncomfortable. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The service,food and atmosphere was an absolute horrible experience to have as a customer who enjoys that store. 6-16-26 was the day of the guy who gave the horrible service. I will not be coming back to this establishment. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
