I visited Subway Teoi Riverai on May 15th at 8:30 PM and unfortunately, it was a highly disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, I was met with disorganization and lackluster customer service. The staff seemed uninterested and disengaged. It was evident that both the gentleman and the lady working in the service section were lacking in basic customer management skills and desperately in need of proper training.
