Subway is pretty near Royal Cornwall Museum. Clients don't like sandwiches at this cafe. It's a pity, the staff is downscale as many visitors mention. Disappointing service is something that guests would like to improve here. Facebook users' reviews don't give Subway a high rating.

Understandably, the young guy working on the Sunday did not want to be there, however we still needed to eat.
He had no life in him. We were literally talking to a real life potato. No eye contact, no expression. He was as helpful as the decor of a bowl of chilli con carne on the wall..
It was around 3pm and we were told the sweetcorn was not "prepped" so I wasn't allowed any- even though the shop shuts at 7pm.
He was definetely not enjoying himself as a sandwich artist.
Is this normal? Who runs this subway, are they aware of the lack of hygiene standards and demotivated members of staff?
